As you continue mailing you ought to study how to create better lists, how to time your multi-letter sequence campaign, how to write better letters and study copywriting techniques so that your letters pull better when tested on a control response.The job of the letter campaign is to attract a prospect to you so that you can concert them and close the deal.

The QI only handles the 1031 portion in concert with the closing entities.Both of the closings will need to reflect the 1031 and there will be specific documents from the QI at each closing.

You also need to account for cultural experiences (Broadway, Museums, Concerts), food choices and quality of said choices(I may or may not have cried when my favorite chinese take-out place closed for good due to COVID19), dating scene etc.

They soon will be putting a rail line to get to Miami way faster for concerts and such which will only draw more coming into town for events plan to fly into Tampa for a more affordable plane ticket and housing.
