@Mark Braun central bank reserve (not really money) printing isn't stimulative. 100% increase in the monetary base hasn't fundamentally changed anything.

The people I know with crazy amounts of money have to be stimulated intellectually and need some kind of charities, new business ventures, traveling, etc.

I believe those people who currently run their own groups could benefit (if they cared to hear what investors really want), as could anyone who might be interested in just setting up some kind of local group of their own.I hope people continue to drop by this discussion to share more details about things like club format (what's good and bad), club meeting frequency, agenda, and so on.This thread could really benefit a LOT of people, but we need more folks chiming in with their thoughts.If you've taken the time to read this discussion, please do leave some feedback.I started this thread because I think things need to change at real estate clubs, and hoped we could stimulate ways to do that.
