Smaller apts may only need machine run in one main area and will circulate adequately thru all ductwork.I think every investor should own an ozone machine.

I use a sump pump and 2 garden hoses to circulate the water through the coils of the heat exchanger. 

Evaporative coolers function by sucking the hot dry air through filter pads of aspen or plastic mesh that are saturated with water that circulates via a pump in the cooler sump.They need twice yearly maintenance to even achieve their 5-10 year lifespan. 

You can't put that much more money in circulation and devalue the dollar and then claim surprise when you get rampant inflation.

Then proceeding to tell me how "You should pay someone to do daily maintenance of the pool because they are not going to be everyday pool people"Then a recorded phone call yes I record all my phone calls with not just my tenant but if someone is in my call log with them yelling and claiming that they are not going to be everyday pool people giving notion they simply are not going to upkeep the pool the biggest gripe is a ten second chore dumping the skimmer basket.Now the biggest concern here is the pool pumps not circulating water and running dry then burning up. 

As I said A LOT more money in circulation, and much of it is interested in real property. 

That way it is circulating air 24/7 with the ac kicking on as needed.
