Yes, there are management Co's but they cost a lot and will never take care of your property/money as well as you will...

I believe I read that you pay for their initial closing cost as well yours.Also I have had them pitch a house in a flood zone for $20K more than my agent had it listed for and argue with me that it was not in a flood zone. 

They can move the homes when ever they want does it but does it cost a lot of money to move a mobile home.
