Unless your tenant was swinging from the chandeliers and bouncing off the walls, you are repairing/maintaining structural issues with the house.

It will take a few calls and bouncing around before you finally end up talking to the right person.It also helps to have some promotional material you can email them with photos, prices, and a list of services.

I’m partly to blame for that situation though because their credit score was horrendous and the security deposit check bounced even before the lease begin, but I believed the sob story and let him stay anyways.

It’s not different this time except that we are bouncing off the deepest recession in modern times on the back of low interest rates and heavydoses of QE.

Areas like North Birmingham and East Lake jump out to me based on numbers (and a recommendation from a real estate agent I spoke to recently) but as I research them more, the crime and vacancy rates are pretty concerning.I'd be interested in connecting with someone who's investing in the area to bounce ideas off each other if anyone is interested!

Montana is rising quickly as an incredible vacation spot.we bounce between the Oregon coast   BC  lower mainland  and Montana and central OR.. its a fishing wonderland really. 

As of mid-May, DR Horton stock sank about 60% before it bounced up to about 25% down from the recent high. 

I don't need to tell them again that bouncing on a trampoline may result in injury or that cooking small animals in microwaves may result in death of the animal.
