My 14 year old son is an avid soccer player on a club team here in Los Angeles and loves the sport.

My lumber company taking me fishing  Hunting and sport tickets.. dealing with Agents  borrowers contractors title companies seeing a huge part of the US in my travels..

. :)  And then others talking about the Hot sports car they want to buy..

Hasn't been a big deal in over 5 years of doing it this way.Xfinity is the cable company I use, so I can use their Xfinity streaming app across all my Roku devices at my cabins.  

I have tried using some, from time to time, and there are times that they device won't even work because there is not enough energy in the Harbor Freight battery.  

I collect tobacco cards so I am familiar (my first few rentals were partially paid for VIA my sports card wholesaling business). 

Or more likely that the device is not able to read the life of the battery? 

@Mohan Deep While I think it should be a common sense tenant responsibility to change the battery when the device starts beeping for their own safety we go into each unit at least once a year and check on every smoke and CO detector to make sure they are functioning properly and if they rely on batteries we make sure they have new batteries.

We expect to see more of it down the road as the city finally grows into its own more and more as we cement our importance in the warehousing and distribution industries (along with biomedical device industry, interestingly enough) but that shouldn't be an immediate consideration.As people are pointing out: cashflow seems to take priority early on to amass a larger portfolio to roll into more stable investments eventually.
