Ah Ha @Steven C Hazel, that is the magic question, the one thing all but never mentioned or detailed in anyone's books or programs, but it is hands down the #1 most important item in every high performing REI company.

You all WANT to think that wholesaling is the magic pill you take when you have no money but you want to be rich and famous with your lambo and travel the world with half naked voluptuous baby rabbits!

PS has the data.TIN tried to pitch magic of matching criteria for finding addresses that are likely deals.

Magically your income within or flowing from an scorp is somehow more usable or legitimate in a lending context.

But there is something that we both agree upon, to encourage 'Buyers' to please do your own personal due diligence process even if one magical day.... you did find the rare once in a lifetime wholesaler that DID give you all their research reports and honest findings...Blessings Robert and Thank you.
