It is always super important to meet with several lenders to gain education and bounce ideas off of them.

Hold on to the property and it will eventually bounce back and recover all your equity and then some.If you're already cash flowing and this is his advice, you may want to find a different financial advisor that understands real estate.

I haven’t done any registrations or inspections untill the water clears up..I thank pin and it’s members for initiating the suit on the  very biased and unfair law .The health Dept  is sending reminders and the city is publicly pushing inspections still.Or Is it their way of doing the dead cat bounce?
