Machine shops, mechanic shops, even clothing stores and restaurants will lose a huge part of their business. 

I loved the "you know you're an investor when" post from @Brandon Turner and I think it's time to revive it for the women of BP.  

I have always been pretty frugal and think some things are a waste (gambling or designer clothes) but some things are worth the spending (travel)  I was actually in Vegas this past weekend with some friends who were gamblers.  

Some of the most successful people are Women! 

BP is a great place to get started, and we have some awesome women investors here in Denver.

I am not...I like big Hotels like the Wynn/Encore in Las Vegas.I am also not seeing the AirBnb owners complaining about this (or any other Demographic) creating problems any different than anyone else--stolen wash cloths, broken mixer, etc...Also Oregon is doesn't seem like a very black populace place....Are black people now streaming there to go live in the "Back of the Woods".It's probably just AirBnB SJW posturing --look at how I am not a racist--kind of stuff...aimed at others who do the same kind of thing.And if you think an owner has discriminated against you (no matter what group you belong to)....Wouldn't you really want that to happen because by forcing them to take your money---you enrich the people who don't like you... at the end of your stay...they are richer and you are poorer...

Come tax time, this is the man to help you through the write-offs.Just want to emphasize that not all accountants are men -- there are some great women accountants out there too.

I dont have to deal with the midnight call the the fridge died and all their food is going bad....or the washer damaged their new clothes.....Yes tenants can damage the property moving them in/out.... but they do that with sofa, beds, chairs- and everything else them move in/out.
