I took some time off to regroupe and try to find an investment real estate agent.

You should join the free Facebook group called "Yellowbird Connect" which is the most active RE group for Jacksonville investors and landlords and everybody. 

The people who answer the phones at ESS when you call for help have always been nice, they have just seemed to be getting very disorganized more and more over the last 6 months or so and I feel like they need to regroup and get their act together.

My recommendation is to start with your local REIA or look for some RE groups on meetup.com

And I just joined a local RE group, I will inquire about a mentorship at the next meeting!
