I'll take properties owned free and clear throwing off a good ROI annually over the stock market roller coaster.

Now I’ll say this, IT WAS NOT EASY, and It’s scary but, not the bad scary, more like the roller coaster exhilarating kind of scary.

Roller coasters are fun for a little while as is being out of control...but not when it comes to my family's financial future.

The only ones who get hurt on a roller coaster are the ones who jump out.

I want to thank all of you for even taking the time to read, think, and type up a response because I was on my roller coaster again and was hitting a low spot, and have promised myself that I will let nothing stand in my way of success, even my own negative thinking.

Just been a roller coaster ride.  

Some markets like San Jose and Seattle are major roller coaster ride markets that go way up and crash way down. 

Left coasters are always trying to buy up the Midwest and many fail .

Sorry for the ramble - just on this roller coaster called life...........

Definitely not saying there’s not money to be made but I would expect it to be a roller coaster ride.
