We are just focusing on underwriting more conservatively - expecting less vacancy, lower rent premiums, expecting on the exit, etc.Good deals are harder to come by which makes it harder for us to find a deal for our investors however I would much rather miss out right now than to put my investors in a situation that would ruin our relationships.
