SPC (Stone Plastic Composite aka Solid Polymer Core) seems to be the latest, greatest product, better even than LVT/LVP.

I could be completely wrong and retail could turn it around and do great, but I wouldn't want to be left holding the bag if prices drop 50-60%.

We also had an iron tub in the front yard that my mom would fill with water and put black plastic over to help warm the water, then a little hot water from the wood stove, and we would take turns bathing in the great outdoors.Rough stuff, but I don't recall ever being unhappy at that time.

He should retract it and go back to the $150 to send a strong message that trying to take advantage of his generosity will not be rewarded.He obviously has handled the situation very poorly by making a offer in the first place but now he must take back control of the situation and make it very clear that it is $150 or nothing and they can pack their bags.

Aesthetics *is* an important part of value - if not, all cars would be strong frames and unpainted plastic panels to cover the engine and wheel wells - and the most important part of the equation (to me) is how does the existing material and look affect the aesthetics (and by definition value) of this property?

To get by for now, provide two hanging bags for clothing left in washer or dryer at least 10 minutes after end of cycle.
