I'm from Seattle, Washington and dont see lot of opportunities in our backyard.New York and Mass are even more pro tenant than CT.

They overPromise and underdeliver....en maSSE--whatever that means.Trust me- if these buyerS were happy with their Turnkeys they be shouting at the top of their lungs to Rub it in my face...................................lol. 

I don't know your area, but at least you're not in California, Mass, or Seattle, so that's a plus from what I read on here!

Each customer has there own tastes and having bland walls can make it easier to attract the masses to your rental unit.

We need more opened minded people on here that can appeal to the masses without a ton of money.

Needless to say, this is the one that got away for me and it could've been a HUGE win.The company has projects in several states including Michigan, Florida, Illinois, Mass., Maryland, Colorado, California, Arizona, Nevada, Jersey, and a bunch of other MJ-friendly states.

The housing issue was first created by all the red tape that gets in the way for developers and then the problem was exponentially grown by STR’s and then the mass movement of money during Covid.
