Unless you knew they had cancer I would ask for some proof of leaving for treatment to be sure it is not a deception. 

An unworkable kitchen will ruin any house.

As I said before, you can get an amazing cash flow in the low range housing, but once the house is destroyed by the tenant, you are looking at heavy fines by the city and a good possibility of putting in more money than the house is worth or having a foreclosure go on your record - a cheaper option many times, but ruins your credit.

If the seller doesn't understand that 100% or it was never disclosed to the seller, then the people doing that are chumps and will ruin it for everyone.

Hi Eric, When I decided to quit my full time job with full benifits, retirement, vacation, and making 50k per year in the mid 90s, my mom cried and told me I was ruining my life!
