Does this seem to be potential money maker?

I myself am into writing songs for film and tv and for other bands.

A lot of it is dependent on whether you are trying to make real estate your business vs an investor in my personal opinion

The are not the decision maker for these foreclosures.

We do this for 2 reasons:1) It is really hard to make real estate investments in California that you can BOTH afford and cash flow.2) We prefer hands-off investing (i.e. we don't want to be onsite fixing a toilet)Feel free to connect if you wanna talk more.

Just finding out what the partner in that locality looks like is the big difference maker imho.

@Jordan Coates You and your wife should attend Triangle Deal Maker Sessions, where wholesalers present properties.

I know their major employers are auto makers and casinos.

It's my experience though, that there's more face time meetings, trainings in GA REIA, gareia.org, plus they have their Deal maker's email list for real time problem solving, sharing contractors and buying/selling deals.But I belong to all the REIAs because I find excellent value in all the orgs.
