You'll typically see them partnered with traditional Self Storage - meaning those Facilities offering Storage Units for folks to store their household treasures AND on-site parking spaces for Boats, RV's, company trucks, etc. 

Why do people finance a $60,000 truck for six years while living in an dumpster rental?

He was even surprised with 24 applying & he's getting $1000/month for a small unit in a semi rural area, 50ft away from a busy heavy truck highway??? 

The house has already had the wiring stripped out, garage door stolen, A/C stripped, and lots of other miscellaneous vandalism such as rocks through the windows, garbage dumped there by illegal contractors looking to unload carpeting, cement, etc.I hopped in my truck and drove out there.

There is no "showroom" which they claim on the webinar is "almost finished" - In fact there were only three trucks there.

I had rented the same place in Hamilton Mt.. for our annual Salmon fly trip and what was a decent place at 125 a night was now 300 at that price hotels are better option since we dont cook in the unit anyway.. so not sure if they rented their house never checked back in but for sure noticed it.My daughter bought a floating home on Puget Island this year and she is doing very well.. especially for the salmon runs.. then she has kyackers etc but she is pricing it to stay full. and its cute as hell.. plus the fisherman can park 2 to 3 boats and parking for 5  trucks etc which is a premium.. so its just one of those one off ones.. we have a place facing the deep water river with a dock have not tried to rent it yet maybe we will.

Maybe they ran out of trucks and had to ride a bike.I sent a package from southern MO to northwest AR - 3 hour drive.

The one I’m worried about made the decision to put the junker truck in storage, so he read my mind.

That’s a dude in a truck that has to put all of the material on your Lowe’s account cause he’s broke. 6-8k sounds in line for this situation.
