I see new technology being tried within the areas that have a lot of building potential. 

To start my robotics research institute to bring people in need technology that could better their lives.

Door hangers for me are 10x more effective than mail let me explain why...My response rate in the mail has been horrible and it was once explained to me that more times than not that with today's technology resources good news travels fast, traditional mail is left for paper BILLS owed.

As to my activities investing capital in my fund business for technology, marketing, sales, advertising, legal, etc., I am an investor in a real estate business.  

Quickly, regarding the texting, I have no problem with the technology, but just to clarify my question, how does one come up with the offer amount after receiving nothing but a text with a single word/name on it?

Anyone who thinks they can huddle up and not work with emerging technologies needs to read "Augmented" by Brett King.  

As technology has developed, more and more state of the art marketing strategies have emerged.

I am a current actual user of CallText.com.The power it promises is game-changing and I think eventually I'll be able to get there, but so far the first couple weeks have been technology challenges.

This also assumes that everyone, regardless of social-econominal status would have access to technology in ways that would make paper itself obsolete.

Honestly, technology has progressed to the point where we really don't need to do this anymore.
