I can say that I’ve had a few tenants fall in tough times and miss a payment but when I offer them a chance to pay 1/4-1/5 of what they owe on top of the upcoming the month’s rent, they are always grateful and get it done.

Trying to transition from your law practice is a very broad statement.Also keep in mind that it seems a little fishy that newbies that are making money hand over fist would want to announce it to the world because they are so grateful to their mentor ship program that they join.Typically the people that are vouching for any particular niche and/or program have something personally to gain from promoting what they do.
