The same reason I hide my last name.

You can do it above board instead of hiding in the shadows.PS - as a former Realtor, I don't have a dog in this hunt. 

Buy high def video cameras, hide them well and keep them running 24/7 until you got the perpetrators.

You can't hide the personal touch thing, even in the pictures and descriptions.....and they will have more trouble getting and maintaining a 5 star rating, a lot of that comes from the personal feel of the listing.....

I was able to save up thousands of dollars in a couple of months, and it shifted my mindset to break down my large bills and consolidate my $1s into $5s; I got excited to hide money from myself. 

Those that have nothing to hide aren’t afraid of any audit or investigation or press release.

I have noticed the Northeast hides this information slightly more.My issue is even if I do a proper deed transfer to the LLC, my personal name is still linked to the property and would be on these easily searchable databases.

But you know that already, which is why you went to work to find selective data and crop out as much as possible to hide fact...... 

My co-worker said her and her boyfriend knew absolutely nothing about this, but apparently some landlords have tried to hide the news from their tenants....and been FINED if it's found out they didn't pay the tenant a relocation fee.
