The democrats in congress will agree on an infrastructure bill in the next 4 weeks, which RK will point to as the reason the crash didn't happen, saying money printing is a short term stimulus, but only kicks the can down the road and makes the overall problem worse.

Back to this topic, as I discussed my opinion with Josh in person, I do not see a value to us members in the new influence system and prefer an idea of a badge system with some democratic means to get a badge, thus removing just about all possibilities for the system to be "cheated" and to provide more valid confirmation (for lack of a better word) to users on who is an expert in what field(s).The idea would be to get rid of the point system and replace with a badge system.

To add to what @Dennis M. is saying, it's not really well understood in other places that in these mature Rust Belt MSAs dominated by Democratic union machines (and I say this as a registered Democrat), the best action for OOS investors is rarely within the city limits proper, or even in the immediate suburbs.

In handling an eviction, I would trust a judge in Sonoma County way more than some Democratic machine appointed hack in, say, Cleveland to get a fair result.  2. $200/month seems like a very low bar.
