If so, then would it be a fixed amount ($10-15K) or a sliding percentage based on the property's age (A% @ B yrs, C% @ D yrs, etc)?

Someone simply broke one of the panes of glass, reached in and unlocked the bottom cylinder lock and walked in.

I have been seeing prices dropping and I'm wondering if this is just a momentary reprieve or are we going to see them continue to slide down for awhile longer. 

Sounds like the landlord is letting it slide due to the sale. 

I was thinking along the lines of just a few slides of a slide deck showing the property and the potential.
