This way, you already have planted your first seed which will grow to a tree with many other branches (aka referrals).

To yield anything over time, you need to keep weeding it, watering it and taking care that you plant the right seed in it.In the long run, real estate has created more wealth in this country than any other commodity.

But maybe since a seed was planted by RomneyCare a few years ago, we can all start to work together with ObamaCare, no matter who gets in, and learn from Romney's "case study"!

I have a question for those of you in the startup space, who may have experience accessing venture capital and start up seed money.

This process increases your seed money exponentially...and faster.  2 - When you get to the point where you can buy a cash flow property...buy it...using only the profits from flipping the new inflated seed money.3 - Keep flipping the same seed money (the bigger one in Step #2), over and over, spending only the profits...but using the same seed money (the bigger one in Step #2) to infinity.

Using job income for investment purposes will frustrate you to no end.Also, you don't need to manage anything if you do it correctly, because you're not dealing with passive income until after you've compounded your seed money.  

I’ve done a few flips and own a few condos here in the 6ix but I’m really interested in planting seeds for my retirement sooner than later.

Only discovered Bigger Pockets about 3 or 4 weeks ago and have been soaking up as much as I can.   

Can you teach yourself sure but it’s a lot harder especially when funds get tight.If tuition is free then go to school, enjoy the experience, more importantly develop relationships...this is one of the hidden benefits of college and can be very valuable for years to come.Lastly get a job and use the money as seed money to funnel into Real Estate.
