Hmm, I just checked Winnebago, Outagamie, Waupaca, and Shawano Counties requirement, and they are 3 years, unless the pumper has reason to think it needs it more because the system is failing, and I have never had a pumper Not fill out the yellow card, they generally prefer to because their name is on it.

If it has so much sun during the day, i prefer not to use dark colors because it fades in time (hopefully you won't own the property by then, but i always want to do renovations in a way that it will last longer for the buyer too).For interior colour, i prefer anything with hues of champagne, it is warmer than white or off white but calmer than yellow.

Well, my answer about the color would be "red" or "brown" or "yellow," because of the brick, you see...Vince, if you and other like you keep on ignoring the "real" in "real estate," and focus on financial metrics in the uninterrogated belief that House A is just as good an investment as House B as long as the numbers are roughly similar (and maybe the property inspector you hire doesn't loudly tell you not to buy it), you're going to bleed money in the long run.
