Recently my neighbour underneath me in the same apartment complex sold their unit for 290k.

If it is about the broken fence, write them and tell them it is the neighbour's dog that keeps breaking it and they need to do something about it.

which is good, so if your zestimate is lower than neighbour zestimate, then you're buying discounted property, that's what we want.

Recently, the new neighbour next door let homeless people (his friends, I guess) stay in his backyard, currently there are three tents.

I love trees, but just cut one down at a property I recently bought as it was in a bad location, branches hit the siding on my house, roof on the neighbours and when the leaves fall, they'd clog the neighbour's gutters and land on my AC unit.

My favorite trip so far has been to Lake Como in Italy and to Greece.

I have a rental property with up and downstairs tenants Just recently the downstairs tenant has complained about them getting a smoke smell from the upstairs neighbours in their unit.
