In this day and age of technology you are pretty much getting leads, skip tracing them, then calling or texting them then hoping someone reaches back out to you.

In this day and age of technology there are way more efficient ways of doing things.

We have advanced so much in technology that I can our time can be used better to be easier faster and efficient in getting in front of motivated sellers.

But to pretend not to apply technology to finding motivated sellers is almost antiquated.

And yes virtually wholesaling had gotten much easier based on technology over the years!

In this day and age of technology you won't see much success with postcards and letters.

@Jacob LappI dont own much stock, what I do own is very risky market sectors related to technology and health, anything with potwntially huge returns due to finding new cures etc and pay regular dividends.

Now toss in the deflationary impact of technological innovation allowing us to be more productive with less workers.

The chair likely will be worth only 30% of what I bought it for new in 10 years due to wear and tear and technology advances BUT the USE I get out of that chair over 10 years  is amazing.
