Columbus is one of the best markets in the country right now for learning and investing long term — tons of job growth, population growth, and huge companies like Intel, Amazon, Google, Honda, Microsoft, FB, and Anduril expanding here, so the opportunities on the investing and job side are growing fast.

I don't think either way they have retail operations in the other countries and mostly focus on corporate banking.Probably the same for owner financed properties.One thing I have seen lately is some VA foreclosures start to pop up again.
