Every time slot during the day has a purpose... even if that is just free time, social time, family time etc.

For me it was important that I had a very experienced guy for those situations when stuff hit the fan and for tricky issues I had no experience with.

I am not a fan of this option either, but I would not discuont it, it has a time and place for some people and not others.

Hi @Arun Maheshwari JC works but I have never been a huge fan of Hudson County because of land lording laws and price to enter. 

If you’d have to take time off work or lose income to deal with it, hiring a property manager or having an attorney on retainer can be well worth it.I’m not a big fan of online legal services unless they include actual attorney consultations.

Our best results have come from being really transparent with tenants and offering small upgrades around renewal time — things like ceiling fans, smart thermostats, or landscaping touches.

I wanted to be aggressive though and priced it at $1.39 million and didn't allow anyone to tour until two group time slots on the weekend.

I am a big fan of 4 units as you get some scale and can still buy them 5-10% down if willing to live in a unit for just 12 months. 

If you’re in an area that attracts a lot of sports fans, the small monthly cost of a streaming package might save you from repeat complaints.Thx, we haven’t had a complaint for two years so I’m not too worried about it.
