The way I have raised private money has been by hosting my own meet ups and sharing with people what I do and letting them know that they're able to lend on my deals if they'd like and earn a return.

I also want to take advantage of all the veteran's assistance programs out there. 

One of my biggest pain-points starting out in New Construction that I sought up people to teach me the process... and like you, I was willing to volunteer my time.

Just trying to understand what the normal daily grind looks like for agents, so I can see where AI, acting as a personal assistant, might actually help with small but repetitive tasks like running CMAs, auto-scheduling showings, following up with leads, and handling routine communication.

This may have worked for John but for every John out there, it probably backfires on people 9 times.
