I’m grateful for all the awnsers and advice I’ve been given.As for the land, Maria is right with spanish bureaucracy and that can be troubling sometimes.Nothenless, being a bedroom city (we call it like this here, 30 min from an important city), government usually promote this developments.In our specific case, we already have a network of business can do the labour, and we are exploring financing options.

I’m curious if I’m missing anything to my list so far I have (per zip code) also I currently invest in the Lansing area.Projects in the next 10 years (expected start and end date) Average household income Crime score Average home price Population growth past 10 yearsWho are the major employers And vacancy rate Job growth Tenet demographics& government and taxesAs Drew said, this is overkill...and you're missing a few things as well.

It also comes with a restaurant that hasn’t been in service for 40 years, but the structure is in surprisingly good shape.Here’s what I’m thinking through so far:Standard due diligence: +Phase 1 and 2 environmental, city plans/zoning, health department approvals for bringing the restaurant back online.Talking to the Army Corps of Engineers and the local harbormaster about dredging (not something I’d do immediately but want to know long-term outlook) and figure out generic cost for budgeting purposes.
