The less work that you do normally results in less of a return that you should expect.I think people who purchased turn-key rentals from 2010 to 2019 were able to make it work.

You should not buy any more rentals, since you constantly have issues with the ones you currently own. 

I'm trying to move slightly away from Short Term rentals but looking to try and get similar cash flow.

Maybe a little less if not break even to it investing in another rental home
