I am a numbers girl, but I am getting confused at this time.

The Biotech and Life Sciences industry is very likely to see continued growth given the demographic shifts of an aging population in America as Baby Boomers continue to move toward retirement.

It's amazing how often it becomes obvious that the prospect is simply searching for the lowest cost provider and fees are their number one consideration.I think of it like this: Would you search for the lowest cost baby sitter for your child or the best qualified?  

I just closed on my 1st cash flowing property that I have no money out of pocket and no repairs needed (totally turn key from the seller).Boomers are retiring, people are getting out because they bought wrong and lastly people are still having babies and need places to live.  

I first became suspicious because the man that I was working with just had a baby and he said that he needed to take him to a doctor's appointment. 

I’m 63 and at the tail end of the Baby boomers.  

And, numerous areas of life are cheaper and higher quality than they would have been for our baby boomer, or Gen X counterparts.
