I too got the real estate investing itch after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad.

So if you know anyone itching to get into it so they can earn more than the lousy stock market can give, let them know I’m the guy to talk to.

I am just the type of person who will have this itch until I finally do it (self management) no matter how brief it may be.   

I have an itch to become an investor but i am just currently still in college.

My wife and I keep getting the itch to buy a VRBO'able vacation condo, preferably on the Gulf coast.

I've been itching to do that for a while, still haven't found the right home.

I recently picked up two books which are Brandon Turners rental property investing and little or no money down book, both have been great so far but i know this is just the beginning on my great real estate journey and i will need to obtain more knowledge. i have a question that i want to get off my chest and i have been itching to ask, for all my experienced investors and not so experienced investors if you where my age or if you are my age, the information that you know now and situations you have experienced what would YOU do if you where in my shoes to start off?

That definitely got me started with the itch but I've recently gotten married and my friends moved out and my wife moved in. 

Anyway, I am now a little older, wiser and more financially secure and have got the itch to get back into the game; the right way this time.
