However, for circle prospecting or care team, it's recommended to hire a native English speaker with a US accent—otherwise, you might end up closing fewer deals.

Until they encountered a tough transaction and the lender doesn't pull through and cost them thousands of dollars, then they will start value lenders who are responsive, quick to react, have flexibility in their lending product, maybe charge a little more on their fees.

The question is too late, or does the 10 year react like it did last Sep pushing RE into another tough spot.

The ones in my price range either go so fast you don't have time to react (cash deals, hard money investors )or they don't take FHA financing so I'm forced to either try to convince them or sit on the sidelines while it gets sold elsewhere.

And you never know how the market is going to react o we cannot say what interest rates are going to do 3-6 months from now and I really want to get in the game now and not continue to wait on the sidelines.
