It’s a landlord-friendly market with strong rental demand, and you’ll find plenty of opportunities for both turnkey and value-add deals depending on your timeline and capacity.

This has been great, their English is great, accent minimal and they are super hard working.Long story short if you can get someone to work for you in an employee/freelance capacity it can definitely work well but I would advise against hiring a company to do it.

Down there in Texas were you have massive production capacity and massive land supply .. its a different market than out west were we are land constrained in a big way.. ..
