The 50A breaker on 8ga wire is surprising, and from my experience incorrect. 8ga wire should be protected by no more than a 40A breaker (unless dealing with certain loads like motors... but that doesn’t apply).

I will probably hire out for that work as I have minimal exp with siding and none with stucco but can learn.The AC handler was replaced last year and the condensing unit motor as well.

The  little ones  take more small motor skills.

The two other methods I am aware of are installing a motorized main damper to direct flow to the area calling for it and hydronic boilers driving several remote air handlers.

My daughter went with a Lenox furnace & a/c. 2 yrs later (2016) both the blower & inducer motors died???.

If its a motor vehicle or more expensive items...look up your state guidelines. 

For both models, I wonder about the 15-amp current draw of the motor.

None of these have motorized deadbolts - they simply unlocked the deadbolt and the user has to turn a lever to retract the bolt.  

The kayaks, boat motors and camping stuff on the lawn is unattractive.
