That said, in my own personal home our cat stopped using her litter box and we fought the good fight and solved the problem in under a month and cleaned the afflicted area daily and still had to pull the carpet and the one sheet of subfloor she targeted.

We pay our painter $20/hr.Having read many of your posts over the years and looked at some of the before and after shots of a couple of your properties, I would hazard that you suffer from a similar affliction as I and that most of the overage is you. ;-)  I too would rather do the entire job at once and get it done as opposed to a little now and a little next year.

The doctors diagnosed me with SCAS (sudden cardiac arrest syndrome) which can afflict people as young as 4 years old and strike at anytime.

It's my desire not to ask people for money to go do missions and preach the Gospel about Yeshua (Jesus) but to use wisdom in investing so that I can support my family and I and others who desire to do  the work for God's kingdom as well.I would like to start an orphanage and a house for widows one day as well.James 1:27 "Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world."
