That said, in my own personal home our cat stopped using her litter box and we fought the good fight and solved the problem in under a month and cleaned the afflicted area daily and still had to pull the carpet and the one sheet of subfloor she targeted.

Just because they're single mothers does not mean that they can't be afflicted by something you can't see but that could be a danger to you or others.

We pay our painter $20/hr.Having read many of your posts over the years and looked at some of the before and after shots of a couple of your properties, I would hazard that you suffer from a similar affliction as I and that most of the overage is you. ;-)  I too would rather do the entire job at once and get it done as opposed to a little now and a little next year.  

These are people who are afflicted by analysis paralysis.

The doctors diagnosed me with SCAS (sudden cardiac arrest syndrome) which can afflict people as young as 4 years old and strike at anytime.
