I’ve been using PropStream and BatchLeads to skip trace buyers, but most of the numbers I get are either outdated, landlines, or on the DNC list.I’ve also tried reaching out through Craigslist, but haven’t had much success there either.

The skipped trace results was the same list of buyers I received from connected investors for free.

However, when refinancing or replacing a loan — especially if the original loan was a HELOC on a primary residence — the ability to deduct interest depends on clear tracing of how both the original and new loan proceeds were used.
