The house is YUUUUGE (almost 3000 sf and is 4 BR/2 BA), and has a basement that I was planning on concerting it to a rental unit as well. 

@Chris Gawlik I agree 98%, business have gone under never to return, the entertainment industry from sports to concerts even night clubs where people depend on tips all have had huge losses.

Also, don’t think you can’t hustle outside of class in activities that work in concert with your overall investment plan.

Things will be back to normal in 2022-23 (assuming there isn't a concerted Big Reset plan).

I love Pink Floyd, saw them concert years ago and it was mind blowing.

An Airbnb could be a place you would stay so you could attend a concert or reunion etc.A vacation rental is some place you would stay with your family on vacation.Lake House, Mountain house with views, Ocean front house etc. 

Tickets to concerts/sports and now a used car I bought for $850 are my most recent attempts.I plan on going with a buy and hold strategy, but I will probably explore other avenues just to see what I can do.

until covid is under control these things should not be allowed.. just like we are not allowed to have more than 10 peeps in one place or sporting events or rock concerts..

Hike, camping (especially this year), ride bike, exercise, sit by the fire in the evenings with a glass (bottle) of wine, cook, go to live concerts, and talk with my significant other about the travel we will do when travel restrictions are lifted.
