If it functioned as it should, and looked ok but used as often is the case in rentals, then no.I am of the opinion that if your new tenant is such a diva that she would complain about a slight physical imperfection you should probably brace yourself because the unreasonable requests are going to be coming hard and fast.

I personally would also try and get some better photos, it seems like you are getting showings but I think the photos are lacking, better photos I think have the potential to greatly increase the chance of getting someone to 'fall in love' with the home before they ever get their in person which sometimes is all we need for them to view minor imperfections with rose-colored glasses versus looking for reasons not to buy.I know their is no silver bullet in there but just my thoughts, overall though, it's a good neighborhood and seems to be priced fairly.

Cracking in these floors is quite common around here in older condos.Since laminate flooring "floats", the sub-floor can be somewhat imperfect.
