So many uneducated people taking advantage of distressed sellers situations and ruining people lives Not saying a license stops this but I believe it’s a step in the right direction and will weed out the the get rich quick YouTube educated no money of their own can’t run a CMA fools I see on a daily basis send utter garbage out

We did pay to have utilities turned back on and do now have 1 garbage bin which we have deposited all the rotting food from the fridge.  

But as i was getting all of my details together to present to my private lender, things started to uncover themselves. the rehab scope started to creep and the ARV numbers that I used were complete garbage because they were supplied by NWA.

I also saw a lot of fights over garbage cans, especially yard waste /organic debris bins.  

I provide some shared supplies (garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap), and ask tenants to write their name on any food they don't want to share, or put at on their designated shelves in pantry.

it's all a bunch of garbage. 

Our local garbage service offers "in yard pickup" for an additional fee.

Garbage collection, who's responsible, and who do you penalize when you get violations from the city for carts not being taken in, trash in front of the house on the wrong days etc.  

Be wary though, there are substandard builders selling garbage at the same price.
