There is a big difference between real estate and medicine, the barrier to entry in real estate is about as low as it gets, and the barrier to practice medicine is at the other end of the spectrum.You really don't need a lot of knowledge in real estate to make a lot of money, not compared to other professions, there are no secrets in real estate!

There are several factors: Large Student Market:  Winston is home to several universities- Winston-Salem State University, Salem College, University of North Carolina School of the Arts, and Wake Forest University/ Wake Forest University School of Medicine.

On the other hand, if you're talking about simply improving your position even further, I would consider the classics: food, water, medicine, gasoline, and ammo.

Y'all I see nothing but opportunity around me yet I still keep food in the house and a few other things like water, basic medicine and the ability to repel boarders.

No one wants to feel like they must rely on medicine to be well, so when there is a stable period and things are going well, it’s apparently easy to convince one’s self that the meds are no longer needed.

Thankfully, that is not entirely true, "A" students go into medicine and science, business and all aspects of our economy, so do "B" students and "C" students.
