What if you have one tenant who works 3rd shift and someones dog is barking during the day because a doorbell rings or something else gets them stirred up.  

Are you here to get the facts and learn or to stir the pot and troll.

Dan Patrick first ran for public office on this very issue here in Houston and with his radio show caused a big stir in this topic and got overwhelming support and never did anything about it.

I wouldn't say I'm bearish on California, but I think when fellow CA residents file their 2018 tax returns early next year they'll realize the full sting of the SALT deduction cap and that might stir some further discontentment.

I think this might be one of those cases where lots of drama stirred up (here) but no real opportunity, just a seller with an expectation that our friend may have gotten excited over before really digging very far into the situation.Cast, reel in, cast, reel in.
