WM in my county does not do any form of paint/toxic, and neither does Bagster.

Previous owner / bank could have sprayed a toxic bug spray which could be an irritant if not done properly.

Solar panels and a clean grid combined with heat pumps is 100% renewable whereas oil gas and propane are destroying our planet at an ever-increasing clip.

I have to think this is not a toxic waste type deal that would necessitate that kind of expense for clean up.
