I have seven empty units that will soon be online and those will be marketed to old people with SS or section 8 as a mitigation strategy.But *If* I it turns out that I am wrong about most people, I could probably pay my mortgages and make my bills with no rent at all on my 49 units for about a year; and I don't think no rent at all will happen-- By my, estimates 19 of my tenants are at VERY LOW risk of defaulting on rent payments, and another 13 are at low-moderate risk.
