prices are good, values are strong, taxes low, also when economic swings hit the rest of country we generally see little affects.don't tell anyone haha I think we have a fairly well kept secret!!

The numbers sound great, but I just got done doing some research on Chicago and two things concern me. 1) Crime, it's no secret that crime is for sure an issue there. 2.)

Going 1-step further, and I am tickling on handing out my secret-sauce here, get familiar with the replacement cost of things.

The secret is making a list of 100 goals of where you want to go, what you want to see, who you want to move, what experiences you want to have, and assign them in 1, 3, 5, 10 years goal lists!

And there are plenty of "secret shoppers" posing as tenants to test you.
