Some democrats are still trying to win the election rather than win the war as our President calls this.  

Real estate investing does not only thrive in Republican and/or Democratic administrations.I also agree this proposal is so inconsequential vis a vis the upcoming election that it would not sway me one bit.

Not rocket science, the next crash will begin the night of the presidential election when it’s deep enough into the night to predict a democrat winning

The good news is the guy who will likely win the mayor campaign (basically the guy who won the Democratic primary = a likely win in Erie) is a really good guy.

Both Democrat and Republican presidential candidates have found common ground in the idea of using federally owned lands to address the U.S. housing shortage.

Point is, I agree, I think it's gonna be boom time of net export in a BIG way.There's still over 3 months to the election, and a possible nominee swap on the Democratic side.

For those who have never really studied real estate, (especially those with Constitutional views as to your freedoms and rights) land ownership is a keystone to our democratic society.

The reason the government can't do it is because we live in a Capitalist and Democratic country where land can be bought and sold by private citizens.
