Can you spell P...r...o...p...e...r...t...y  m...a...n...a...g...e...r...? 

We've lived in here in San Diego with PE companies buying up places like Active Network and literally moving the HQ to Dallas. 

It is sort of like a P/E ratio for housing.

Civil Engineer (PE in TX, MS) here, with a lot of background in transportation engineering (airfields) and Land Development. 

P/E ratios can't go to 50/1, not enough fairy dust.Summary:Let her enjoy life.

@JadenJaden - forgot to add that I am a licensed professional engineer (PE) and certified project management professional (PMP) that has worked in the A-E (Architecture and Engineering) industry for 20 years so I have a little bit of understanding of the industry.And most importantly, don’t take any of these decisions too seriously at your age.

average p/e was really high before crash. 

Since that number is suppose to be the income - Expenses without reserves.Wie Jie, not 100% sure what your looking at, but if it’s the last PE, then we are trying to break the formulas to make it do that and we can’t!!  

-PE firms and PM companies have little more than the letter P in common.
