Has anyone been to a Rich Dad Poor Dad workshop?

I was wondering if there was anybody who had attended any conferences/workshops about SFR and/or not those conference would be helpful? 

Dragged my mother along with me and then she turned around, with my prompting which I'm ashamed to admit, to purchase the 3 day workshop in Utah.

If I can't make the multifamily option work, what would your thoughts/suggestions be on the possibility of buying a house on acreage with a guest house and above-workshop apartment and renting those out (or possibly building them if they don't already exist, since we're real DIY people)?

I know that there are real estate groups out there, but I thought that this would be a good idea for some of us that want to improve, exchange ideas and have a more direct communication with each other, without leavin...

Garage is 2 stall with a workshop but both doors need replaced and the walk-in door as well.  

I'm a buy and hold but this meeting/workshop got us out to view 2 properties to determine if it was a buy and hold, flip, or walk away.

Kinda on the fence going to the workshop. 

Occasionally we have workshops on Saturdays, and we also have open web conferences during lunchtime at least once per month.
