I believe if you had it appraised and were to dispute the appraisers value then they would have to consider your appraisal.

basically saying "you didnt provide enough proof to me within the 30 days. thereforeyou must comply with the provision of the fair credit reporting act and drop the disputed items.

The best, although MOST EXPENSIVE resolution is to run a new, separate line from the street to the house for the other unit and have the water company put in their own meter and the tenant pays directly to the water company.

Tentant was late on rent (last month of lease) sent a 3 day notice to pay rent or vacate. I received a letter from her during that time (she moved out 8 days before the end of lease)  with the house keys, garage opene...
